The synergy in this painting reflects the connection and balance between the lovers. This is no ordinary couple, clearly. Destined comes to mind. The Day They Met  painting also has a sculptural version with the same title. I created both for my 2018 solo show. All the works in that exhibition were based on a love story I created whilst painting in Brazil during my travels in 2014- 2015.
