My paper cup people depict magnificent characters with a vibrant energy. This one is from my Birds & Friends series.’

Created out of a variety of reused cardboard and paper cups and painted with a combination of watercolour pencils, ink pens and paint

All the artworks from this series are lightweight, painterly and though they may look like all their parts move (small silver metal pins have been spiked through some of the joints, but don’t necessarily move), they have been created as 2 Dimensional art and are to be treated with care, like a visual artifact.

Made to hang on the wall, away from harmful direct sunlight.
