DEEP is from my 2018 Solo show: The Fisherman and Mermaid’s Tale. This was part of a triptych depicting the mermaid’s life before they met, the meeting of their two worlds and the many journeys they would later embark upon, on the Earth together.

‘The Deep’ shows the Mermaid’s domain: deep, still, blue, multilayered, flowing, silent, infinite and full of delicate beauty.

This painting comes with a dark Oak frame.
