This drawing is based on a large painting of the same name that was included in my Story Teller’s Circle solo exhibition in 2009

The male and female are seated on the ground in a meditation position. Its a little study that helped me figure out the composition. They each hold a bird that in the larger version are singing. There is not need for them to talk, the birds are communicating for them.

This artwork also represents making a conscious effort to attain harmony and balance in relationships. I have used watercolor and black ink pen to define some details.
