This little study of a bird was part of a series of small works made in preparation for the large painting of the same name, which featured in my solo exhibition: Once Upon A Time

Study IV is of an extra ordinary bird representing the phrase: ‘once upon a time’. It stands in front of a mosaic rainbow with a magic star above it. The story that inspired the exhibition features a star that comes down to earth and with love, enters the heart of a little girl.
