This is another  painting from my solo show: The Fisherman and Mermaid’s Tale, and part of a series of 3 Earth Icons. The female guardian in this one is looking up beyond the Earth into space and is holding a Bottle Brush and an Onyx stone. i invite you to create your own associations and meanings behind the significance of these two elements.

Remember that GOLD is also very strong in this painting; It pours down from the heavens and her halo, into the centre of her head and flows down her hair.

NOTE: Gold paint has been applied around the figures head and the painting comes with a beautiful custom made oak wooden frame.
